Our team consists of active and retired law enforcement officers and we specialize in retirement planning for first responders. Julia Downes served as a municipal police officer in NJ for three years before retiring for medical reasons. She completed her Bachelor of Science Degree at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ.
Gary D’Alessio is an active police officer in NJ; and canine handler with over twelve years of experience. He completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. He then went on to complete his Master of Science Degree at Wilmington University in New Castle, DE. Our goal is to give back to our brothers and sisters and to ensure financial stability and security for all of those that represent the thin line.
